Rentals and Parties

-You can bring in outside food and drinks. Please remove any and all trash that has been brought in as we do not have a commercial dumpster. We can provide a large trash bag if needed.

-Drinks provided with party packages can be any drink from the coffee truck, not just coffee!

​

-Max seating capacity is 16 adults in the party pavilion

​

-Additional space is available for another $50. This space does not have seating or tables. If you need additional seating or tables, you must provide them.

​

-Party package rentals include 30 minute set up and tear down outside of the 2 hour party window. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot to set up. You are allowed to pull your vehicle up to the party pavilion during set up and tear down.

-Please do not bring in outside treats for the animals. Each party package includes treats and additional treats can be purchased at the coffee truck.

-In the event of inclement weather, we are more than happy to reschedule your party to a different date.

-If you'd like to add on to the packages so everyone in your party can enjoy the full experience, let us know how many additional guests you'd like to pay for and we will add it to your invoice. Prices vary per package. Please see each package for further information.

-The party area is outdoor and only has a shade cover above. Please consider this when choosing decorations and dates. You will get rained on and it does get windy depending on the time of year.

-You may not use any tables outside the party pavilion for parties. Those are for other guests.

​

-The entire property remains open during all parties/events, so there will be others besides you and your guests here.

​

-If you want to have any sort of gathering, party or other event here, you must book the party pavilion. We do not allow events to take place outside the party pavilion as we are a small, family owned and operated business and rely on the income to remain open.
